Antique Limestone Pedestal Sink on Carved Stone Piers

A heavy limestone slab with the basin scooped straight out of the block, set on two chunky quarried stone piers and photographed in a travertine clad powder room. The front edge was left riven rather than dressed, so the stone reads as quarry face against the polished bronze wall faucet above it. This is the antique limestone sink to specify when a powder room needs one honest piece of stone doing all the work. Reclaimed, cleaned and conserved by Ancient Surfaces.
